this' some interesting stuff..
only heard the two tracks in the article..
not particularly found Jay-Z interesting for the last decade or more..
find E. dope though.
This one's been stuck in my head for the last few days, such a silly song but still a jam too. The video is great too haha
"I may be covered in cat hair, but I still smell good"
I like that the Flylo keyboard from Flamagra was used on this one too, I remember reading about the specific one he was using but I can't remember the name now blah. Was all over Flamagra though, pretty interesting sounding one.
Edit: I was thinking of the clavinet, it's mentioned in this article. The same sorta thing on Superstition, hadn't thought about that till now lol
bruh tbh if you don't have that and this on infinite repeat RN i'm not sure WTF is wrong with you at all
Hadn't heard of Elaquent before, what I love about these sales is it gets me to check out some stuff I may have overlooked previously. Both records I'd recommend a lot! This one on repeat

I agree that knx joint has been on rotation. I just let the whole thing loop while I'm working.
Haha yeah I dunno how I missed this dude, been playing the two MMG releases a lot this past week but didn't realize he had so many other releases on his own. Thanks for the link
This record's been getting a ton of plays the last few days too!

nice!..sound so familiar!.. like a certain Outkast track?
that singing..inflexion. ?
tried to find if it was a cover..only found out it sampled this record
anybody heard Lil' Wayne's latest album Funeral yet?
just skipped through it on youtube..
already wasn't a fan.. some of his freestyle stuff ( not off top ) is cool.
this was the only slightly bearable track imo..

Dang that is cool man, thanks for sharing! That OG track is dope too, wouldn't have guessed they took that riff from something.
Kinda reminds me when I found out Mac Demarco's Chamber of Reflection riff was borrowed from some Japanese track (Thanks to GD for showing me this one awhile back!)
