Obviously the shock but...

..it's more the anger, sadness and disappointment at losing someone who had reached the pinnacle of achievement in one field of life and was just starting to transfer that supreme emotional, spiritual and intellectual mastery of the battle against the self into other areas of life.
I'm not just eulogising him here because he's gone.
He's always been heavily tracked and studied in the mentorship, business and self development world but the last year I really felt like he'd fully transitioned over from being the retired legend to being an exciting mentor, business leader and general role model. When a brother of that level of humility, grace and poise enters into that side of life shit is super inspiring to me and the way he was talking about the future plans got me fucking hyped.

And that's not even mentioning ball even tho you know I'm a sports head.
anyway multiple levels

Mamba Mentality lives on.

I see.
the world needs strong, positive role models.
I didn't know this about him.
same as I only posthumously heard Nipsey Hussle did so much for his community.
