I'm reading your post and I'm like, why didn't netflix notify me of that?
wth!..it's no longer on netflix!.. all earlier seasons got removed too?
it's on amazon now pff
will have to download it somehow.
enjoyed that show, dope, yes!

check out 'Altered Carbon.'. that shit is sweet af too!

not really sci-fi .. mysterious/phantasy.. still 'The OA' is really cool.

often Sci-Fi and Phantasy are bunched up as genre..I'm not into wizards etc at all :p..
more into hardcor sci -fi usually..

sci-fi books anyone?
Peter F. Hamilton..must read material!
The Night's Dawn Trilogy for instance.. prob my fave ever.

Piers Anthony..Thousand Star.. that has a clever twist on alienspecies,.. fun!

Gregory Benford..Furious Gulf.. off the top of my head here..think that's it.

if anyone wants more recommendations, holla!

Altered Carbon. Have love the books, was not so hot on tv show.
Night's Dawn books. Yes. Loved them.

New(ish) book:
I think you should try Yoon Ha Lee's "Machineries of Empire" series
is not as "hard" sci as Night's dawn but really really great.
Also if you try Becky Chambers you not regrets it!

Older Book:
Greg Bear "Eon" - and sequel "eternity"
David Brin "Earth"
Vernor Vinge "Fire Upon the Deep"
Charles Stross "Singularity Sky" - and sequel "Iron sunrise"

Have read lots Benford and Anthony. but not these you recommend.
have add to my wishlist.
