Congratulations to supersen who has more votes but does not vote himself, these are the things that are happening.
So I'm preparing the next battle for you, friends

The rules:

- Use one of the samples, not to import external music samples.
- Drums, bass, recordings recorded by yourself, vst are allowed
- Try to incorporate at least one of its effects: reverse, delay, echo, reverb, chorus, flanger.

The special rules:

To choose!

- Once recorded you can no longer reverse match "the Ctrl Z command does not exist"
- the samples must not exceed 3 seconds "micro sampling''
- this week your machine only outputs 8 bit sound

you can combine several if you want
you are not obliged to respect the special rules to participate

enjoy and make yourself happy

i used the M'Bady Kouyaté - Tamala lou sample for lead , played a guitar through a reverse reverb setting on an spx90 rack, used a poly800 synth for bass and chords, im making some stuff for my bands next record so i had just recorded some shitty drum tracks and i bulked them up with making kick and snare sounds with my mouth.

The inside sample folder is mislabeled STBB#646 for anyone having problems finding it in their folder structure

I thought it was interesting to have some challenge

and then there are no specialties just use one of the samples and make and drop one fx on your beat ...

i tend to agree with that.. one simple added idea/rule to offset it from other weeks usually suffices..
this below was stated though:

Yo !

Dope samples Sashi and congratz for the win !
I will mos definitly use at least a reverb on that one so I find these rules pretty lenient.

Peace.

Ola Amigo's

Plenty of samples to choose from this week... Spoilt for choices... ;)
Yeah I must agree bit of an overkill with the special rules, but always good to think a bit differently about how to make something. :hmm:

I Chopped up the "Les Oiseaux La Poule" Sample. Pitched it down a bit, used some delay.
Added Outside drums and some Pretty heavy Synth Bass!
Some Rapping to spice it up a bit. 8-)
EQ's and Multipressor and Limiter for the Mixing....

For the extra special one I added a few extra FX's from the SP-404. ;)

:salute: :vulcan: :peace:
Peace Mox.

Hey All, Mine is a non-entry cause my computer only outputs 3 bit sound. Also I may not be able to vote this week. Since everyone is bitching I will go ahead and mention my biggest pet peeve. People who get my #1 vote and don't vote. If you know you won't be able to vote please change your entry to NON-ENTRY so we will know before voting. But I will mention this battle brings me joy and much respect to all of you who make this possible. I always want to keep things positive.
Peace, Hugh

Shout out to all who run this. I appreciate you. Had fun with this one. The kids even danced to it.

This turned out a little house jam
Used Lester Young and a little "Les Oiseaux" on top.
