OK, This week rules are simple everything goes(outside everything) just use of one the provided samples which I randomly from Tracklib No set genre just make something to bring in the new year and showcase your talent

Upload your beat to Soundcloud, include "STBB ###. weeknumber “ in the title, and POST TO THIS FORUM by Wednesday at Midnight, Pacific time.
Try to leave as much feedback as you can and you will receive it back.

my memory fails me.. a longstanding battler did tell ..but he battles were held on SC first ( voting happened, where? )
and then moved to the Stones Throw Label message board..
we don't know what was up ST's butt but they'd rather not have us there anymore after 9 years (?).. their loss.
we started our own page... we kept the ST part is for beat makers to still be able to find us.

Real nice samples this week.
Cooked up this beat this afternoon.
I used the 2nd sample New Day.
Plenty of filtering, EQ's, some drums, synth and Bass.
