Drums , chops and a few adds on it : Cuts,Shaker ,Bass, Guitar,Bongo and Keys

That Mary and the Muffins one had me straight away def gonna dig into their catalogue. Main section is from their song and the Guitar/Lala sort of sound is from the Legacy of Kain track its one of the organ sounds hammered with an FX rack. Some Donnie Darko references sprinkled in as a nod to the 'chorus' section.
