lol, yes.. for instance if you'd make a drumpattern in morse code saying something..
or use a recognisable drumsound and rythm from a certain track by which we'd be able to infer the message..
like : there's something 'In the air tonight'.by Phill Collins.
as long as we can have a guess and you could explain it in the end.

was trying to work with ya ya but basically it's no outside anything. so get all your sounds everything from the samples
if you really wanted to use outside drums as your subliminal message..they'd have to spark some association or have some other level to them

there's plenty of other ways to incorporate a hidden message though!
