Congrats to FatVonFree for winning STBB #629!!! As requested, here's one from the Stockpile! Thanks for giving me an opportunity to host FVF, peace!
Madlib's Flight to Brazil has been one of the most important collections of music that's made an impact on my life. For anyone unfamiliar to this mix, please do yourself a favor and listen to it as soon as possible.. it provides an amazing introduction and education of the beautiful sounds of Brazil. So diverse and unique to the country and time, even after so many years of being influenced by this mix I'm still discovering fantastic music from Brazil.
For this battle, I have gathered a variety of sounds and styles of Brazil music from my personal collection for you to flip. As I've done in the past, I am trying to provide some material that has not been sampled to death, my hope is that everyone who participates will learn of some new music through this battle
I very much look forward to what comes from this battle. Thank your for taking the time to listen to my collection!

I hope everyone finds something good to flip here, I tried to go for a variety of sounds and even decades including some newer favorites such as Fabiano Do Nascimento and Pratagy. Also, while technically not from Brazil, I had to include a couple tracks from the 'Brazil' movie soundtrack as an easter egg haha-- A great movie if you haven't seen it before! Finally, I wasn't going to include Wave originally because it has been covered a million times, but I totally forgot about the Walter Wanderley version which is def one of my favorites - His organ sound is quite different, might be fun to play with this one

Yo... beat battle aside, I'm just psyched to have some new Brazilian music! I almost feel like I have too many good things to sample. Maybe we should make this an entire Beat Tape challenge

Haha I was telling the fellas, I might have unintentionally added challenge by giving too many to think about working with
Hopefully will lead to a great variety of sounds this week

Looks like B-Jam has a separate upload to try helping you out, but if you're having trouble simply because too many tracks / download size - I can get you a text version of the playlist that you can review on Youtube/etc and I can send you the song you want if that is any sorta issue. Def reach out to me if that's the case, happy to help however I can if B-Jam's link doesn't help!

Hey man I was relieved to see Moxatron's post as I'm having the same problem with wetransfer, I was worried my computer had gone crazy again! I already have the samples and they downloaded perfectly fine yesterday, but I'm collaborating with Lil' P for this and we struggled exchanging files via wetransfer. Uploading seems to be ok but not downloading.
So there must be a problem with their site today

Ahh ok thanks -- good to know. I have added B-Jam's link to the main post in-case it is needed due to these troubles. Thanks B for the assist here!
