Have a good week!

Used almost every sound in the instruments folder.
Had to do a lot of processing to make the drums work, but yeah.. no outside stuff in this

Hey All, I can remember the fist time I experienced MIDI was when my friend midied his keyboard to a drum machine and the arp would make the drum machine play some kick as loops. This was around 86. Time flies man. This is all from the samples except my voice on the second part. Hope all are well.

Peace, Hugh

Since it‘s a birthdayparty… i couldn‘t miss it.

Two things i made on the mc-101 with samples only. There seems to be no way to get sf2 working on that box. But it‘s small and fits beneath a hot water bottle on my knees :)

I'm glad these dope entries all came in - I was getting worried earlier this week when it was just me and yoniden!

:) I think it‘s a bit more challenging to do something from the ground, instead of flipping a sample…
So it takes a bit.

It always looks so easy in the vids.
Ah yea that melody is nice… i need some shakers … not the time for accordion… done.

I feel that i‘ve failed this challenge… would need maybe another week to get this somewhere…

Guess it‘s practice… so i would like to see more challenges of this kind :)

Yup it’s more challenging but whenever I set the rules I try and push the envelope to see where it leads everyone - I just thought it might have been a bit too far this week (earlier on)

No chance you failed - beats good!

I approached it by getting some midi chord progressions and then just flicking through the voices until I liked something, then adjusting notes to suit and working up from there.

Congrats 5 XVT and  for the samples. This was a challenge, but a fun one!

Only the intro is outside, everything else is from the pack.

:peace:

haha, wow.. iono if it's a sign but there have always been things happening in my life that are no coincidences..

the server just went down for a while..

when Stones Throw kicked us off their message board we were scrambling, floating around only having contact via SC..

so this maybe a good time to join the stbbf discord ..

i don't even know how that environment really works etc.

but i think it's good to have as a contingency.. who knows?

link is on the main page..
