Congrats on the win JC - I had to do a lot of sound design to get something to work with loads of effects and PaulXStretch etc... ended up sounding like some Goldeneye sounds so I went with it and added in that iconic bell sample too.

I forget who it was now but shout out to whoever produced Slappers Only as a beat for STBB a few years back - it reminded me that it was a great game!

Yo

Some pretty difficult samples for me.
Did my best to cook something up... :blunted:
Took one sample from each part/song?
Put that into the EXS24 the sampler plugin for logic...
As they where just one sample you can play it up and down the whole keyboard/pads.
made some loops.
Added some drums

just chopped some cuts and remembered the time sig. challenge..

so if i set my daw to 5/4 and work the pattern sequencer i'll get a time signature that complies ?..

i'm inclined to set the pattern sequencer to different steps than 16/32 to make sure something's off..

anyone have thoughts on this ?

edit: well, it's almost impossible to count wíth.. and doing a unique/ changing bassline..

while keeping a consistent feeling groove.. should be aight !

In my side not personally, ill always have one or two reference tracks (who are often pretty rare to find lol) in my head so I can find my way more easily

Good morning fellow battlers

Did some sound warping to make the main lines and added some vox and sax <3

Huge shoutout to Mr convex for the time sig challenge I did mine in 7/4 and got to experiment with multi bar divisions
