Spanky Wilson Week!
I want to use the choice of samples to shine the spotlight on one of my favorite soul/funk singers and her strong band: Spanky Wilson.
I became aware of Spanky by chance while digging and the pressure of her songs sounds as if they had already produced hip hop at the studio in the 60s.

Rules: Use what you want and as much as you want of the samples, but use Spanky Wilson's vocals at least once (in whatever way). Except for bass, EVERYTHING must be built from the samples. Don't worry, there are hard drums included.
Allowed: Outside Bass
Not allowed: No outside melodic samples, drums, acapellas, synth sounds or anything else.

Upload your beat to Soundcloud, include "740“ in the title, and POST TO THIS FORUM by Wednesday at Midnight, Pacific time.
Try to leave as much feedback as you can and you will receive it back.
